Action Badges produces ribbon pins that are mounted on a printed presentation backing card. This allows you to print additional information about your cause. A message or a logo can also be printed on the ribbon itself to maximise your impact.

What is the minimum number of ribbon pins that I need to order?

Minimum order quantity is 500.

How is the price determined?

Each quote is calculated based on your design requirements. Our best price is provided for each job.

The price is determined by the following factors:

  • Quantity – quantity discounts apply. The higher the order quantity, the lower cost per badge. Minimum quantity is 500.
  • Printed Ribbon – there is an additional cost to have a printed logo or message on the fabric.
  • Printed Card – printing the card, affixing pins and plastic wrapping incur an additional charge.
    Delivery – Ribbon Pins can be collected from our Riverwood, NSW premises. Alternatively, delivery charges incur an additional fee.

For new customers 50% of order value is payable at time of order, and balance is payable 14 days after delivery, or on terms as otherwise agreed in writing.

Top tips for designing your Ribbon Pin:

  • Print on the ribbon. Help get your message to the fore by printing your logo or campaign message on the ribbon.
  • Printed presentation card. Communicate important information about your charity on a printed presentation card.
  • Choose the best colour to suit your campaign. Ribbons are available in a wide range of standard colours, but can also be dyed to get a particular colour just right.

What is the production time?

Normally production times are 4 to 5 weeks from the time you have signed off on the final artwork and have placed a firm order. However, if you have a tighter deadline, please let us know and we will advise if we are able to meet your required delivery date.


Generally you need to allow 3 to 4 weeks from the time you have signed off on the final artwork AND have placed a firm order.

If you need to meet a deadline that requires a shorter lead time please let us know, and we will advise if we can meet the delivery date you require.

You can collect your goods from ACTION BADGES’ Riverwood, NSW showroom. Alternatively, we will dispatch by an appropriate delivery/mail service to any location. A delivery/postage charge will apply.
